• Candidate form: name, email, phone, profession, years of experience, message and attached curriculum vitae (CV).

We use your data exclusively to: respond to your enquiries and requests; manage selection processes and assess your application; deliver the requested mediation, training and guidance services; and maintain the commercial or professional relationship with you.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting any of the forms, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (for example, the assessment of your application).

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. CVs are kept in our candidate database while they remain professionally relevant or until you request their deletion.

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Candidate CVs are only shared with client companies within a specific selection process and with the utmost confidentiality. Data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers acting as processors with appropriate security guarantees.

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@grupoconcilia.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching information that allows us to verify your identity.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: restricted access to the admin panel, encrypted communications (HTTPS) and secure storage of attached files.
