About Us

A new way of thinking about work in Equatorial Guinea.

Grupo ConCilia was created to offer integrated solutions in recruitment, personnel selection and workplace mediation. We believe the success of any company depends on its people: their talent, how they communicate and how they resolve their differences.

Mission

Connecting companies and professionals through efficient processes and mediation solutions.

We aim to help build stronger, more productive and lasting working relationships in every organisation we work with.

To become a leading company in Equatorial Guinea in talent and workplace mediation.

Recognised for our professionalism, trust and commitment to people, we want to raise the standard of working relationships in the region.

Values

The principles that guide us.

These eight values are not decorative words: they are the rules behind every decision we make, from who we interview to how we close a mediation.

To the client's goals and the candidate's development.

06

Human development

People are at the heart of every organisation.

07

Culture of dialogue

Conflict is an opportunity to build better.

Our approach

Integrating what others separate: talent and mediation.

Most consultancies focus on either hiring or resolving conflicts. We believe both are connected: good hiring prevents conflicts and good mediation retains talent.

That is why we offer a comprehensive service that sees the organisation as a living system, where every person, conversation and decision matters.
